Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for all full-price items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

What if my package is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We'll arrange for a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes via standard shipping. Express and overnight shipping options are not available for PO box addresses.

What is your international return policy?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. The 30-day return policy still applies from the date of delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
